3. Vehicle Information, Pricing & Errors

No agreement is final until the buyer signs all sale documents.

5. Deposits

Deposits:

  • Hold the vehicle temporarily
  • Do not guarantee final sale
  • Are fully refundable if the dealer chooses not to complete the sale
  • May be refundable or non-refundable depending on agreement

A sale is only final after all documents are signed.

6. Financing Terms

We work with a variety of banks, lenders, and financial institutions. All financing is subject to:

  • Bank approval
  • Lender requirements
  • Proof of income
  • Proof of identity
  • Additional documents that may be required

Buyer Responsibilities

If you finance your purchase:

  • You must comply with all lender requests.

  • All claims must be made directly with the transport carrier.

Buyers are responsible for:

  • Any additional fees required by law
