This Refund and Returns Policy explains the terms for purchasing vehicles from PreOwnedFleetVehicles.com. By completing a purchase, you agree to the conditions listed below.
1. All Vehicles Sold As-Is (Florida Law)
All vehicles are sold As-Is, with no refunds or returns, in full compliance with Florida law.
“As-Is” means that once the vehicle is purchased, the buyer accepts the vehicle in its current condition. The dealer is not responsible for future repairs, defects, or mechanical issues unless a written warranty is provided at the time of sale. (almost all vehicles will have some warranty provided by dealer)
2. Manufacturer Warranty (When Applicable)
Some vehicles may still have remaining manufacturer warranty. If applicable, the remaining warranty continues according to the original manufacturer’s terms. All warranty claims must be handled through the manufacturer or authorized repair facility.
3. Limited Dealer Warranty (When Provided)
Certain vehicles may include a limited dealer warranty, which will be clearly stated in writing at the time of sale. This warranty applies only to vehicles explicitly marked as having dealer-provided coverage.
No verbal promises or informal statements are considered valid warranties.
4. Extended Warranty Options
Most vehicles qualify for extended warranty coverage, including commercial-use warranties. These plans are optional and available at an additional cost. Extended warranty claims must be processed through the warranty provider.
5. No Refunds or Returns
Because vehicles are sold As-Is, all sales are final.
We do not offer:
- Refunds
- Exchanges
- Returns
- Cancellations once the deal is complete
We strongly encourage all buyers to:

- Test-drive the vehicle

- Consider purchasing extended warranty protection

6. Shipping & Transport Policy
We offer assistance in arranging vehicle shipping throughout the United States.
However:
- Once the vehicle leaves our location, whether picked up by the buyer or transported by a third-party carrier, we assume no responsibility for damage, delays, or issues during transport.
- All shipping claims, damages, or delays must be handled directly with the transport company.
We strongly recommend choosing an insured and reputable transport provider.
7. Buyer Responsibility
It is the buyer’s responsibility to:
- Verify the vehicle meets their needs
- Understand the As-Is sale terms
- Review all paperwork before signing
- Follow up on warranty options if desired
- Handle registration, insurance, and taxes based on state requirements
